After completing my Masters degree in Counseling from the College of William and Mary, I decided to pursue my lifelong interest in working with alternative health and energy work by becoming a Certified Massage Therapist and a Reiki Master. I also added Healing Touch, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Reconnective Healing® to my practice. I studied psycho-energetic techniques such as EFT and TAT as well as Medical Intuition and the use of Flower Remedies in order to combine all my holistic modalities to support people going through healing crises of all sorts, whether involving the stresses of chemotherapy and radiation or simply attempting to find a way to work through issues such as depression and stress on an energetic level. I firmly believe that we have to address all layers of our being - physical, emotional, spiritual and energetic in order to move towards completion and joy. Many of my clients are undergoing health crises and my goal is to help them understand the message of the body/spirit and move towards balance and health. My initial objective is prepare the energetic body with some Manual Lymphatic drainage then move on to assessing the energetic field intuitively in order to determine the best way to support my clients on their healing journeys.
