Animals respond wonderfully to Reiki either distance or in loco. They recognize the energy as profoundly healing and relaxing and are less likely to use the human "monkey" mind to engage in cynicism and questioning. The deeply compassionate and self directed nature of Reiki energy is marvelous for animals that are sick or dying. It eases their transition and soothes pain.
Reconnective Healing® can also be performed on animals either when they are present or distance and they respond extraordinarily well to this modality too.
