Reiki is a gentle, non invasive energetic therapy that promotes healing at all levels by the nurturing energy radiating from the hands of the therapist. It supports the body's natural ability to heal itself by balancing and harmonizing the body's chi or energy. It adjusts itself according to the needs of the recipient and can be a wonderful,nurturing support in the journey towards healing.The word "Reiki" means universal life force energy. The techniques are more accurately called the Usui System of Natural Healing after the founder of the system Dr. Mikao Usui.
There are three levels of attunement, One, Two and Master. I am a Reiki Master.
